About Us
JUDAICA UKRAINICA
is a peer-reviewed bilingual (English-Ukrainian) annual journal which seeks to enhance Jewish Studies in Eastern Europe in general and in Ukraine in particular.
JU was established by Dr. Vitaly Chernoivanenko in 2012.
Today JU is a joint journal of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and the Ukrainian Association for Jewish Studies.
JU accepts scholarly contributions ― articles and documentary publications ― in a variety of fields ranging from Jewish civilization broadly conceived to Jews, Jewish history and culture in Ukraine.
JU also welcomes reviews and review essays of most recent publications in relevant subfields of Jewish Studies.
JU has both print (ISSN 2305-4034) and online (ISSN 2305-5278) versions.
